Corporations who wish to transfer an executive to a new location will often contract this service.  The decision to move to a new area can be stressful, but it can be especially hard when both husband and wife have careers.  One suddenly has this great new job, and the other has no job!  Spousal Assistance involves the wife or husband meeting with one of our associates and making up a game plan to find them a new career in their new home.  We will then begin contacting our past clients who we feel would benefit from hiring this person who is new to the area.  This is a program where every participant can be a winner – the transferring company has an executive who is not stressed while their spouse is career searching, the hiring company gets a qualified employee for no recruiting fee, and the spouse is able to transition to a new career with little effort!
